Sleepy Tie Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Sleepy Tie Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward affiliates for referring new customers to Sleepy Tie products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible for participation in the Sleepy Tie Affiliate Program, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an active and valid method of receiving payment

  2. Sleepy Tie reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

  1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential customers.

  2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to the affiliate’s referral code or link.

  3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform disclosure requirements, including FTC endorsement guidelines.

  4. Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in social media posts, videos, blogs, or other promotional content where required by law, including using disclosures such as “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or similar language.Commission and Payments

  1. Commission rates are subject to change at Sleepy Tie’s discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes.

  2. Commission payments are contingent upon successful collection of funds from the referred customer. Returned, refunded, fraudulent, or canceled purchases will result in the corresponding commission being deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

  3. All commissions are subject to review and verification by Sleepy Tie to maintain the integrity of the Affiliate Program. Payments may be delayed or withheld during investigations of suspected violations.

  4. Commissions earned through fraudulent, misleading, illegal, spam-based, or otherwise questionable marketing practices will be voided.

  5. Sleepy Tie reserves the right to withhold or permanently deny commission payments for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Coupon and Deal Sites

  1. Posting affiliate codes on coupon, cashback, or deal aggregation websites, including but not limited to CouponBirds, Honey, RetailMeNot, or similar platforms, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Sleepy Tie.

  2. Affiliates found sharing codes on prohibited sites may be immediately removed from the program and may forfeit unpaid commissions.

  3. Affiliates are encouraged to report unauthorized use of their codes to Sleepy Tie for investigation.

Content Usage Rights and Brand Tagging

  1. By participating in the Sleepy Tie Affiliate Program and posting content that features, mentions, tags, or promotes Sleepy Tie products, affiliates grant Sleepy Tie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to repost, share, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, edit, and use such content for organic marketing purposes across Sleepy Tie-owned channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, website content, and SMS marketing.

  2. Affiliates additionally grant Sleepy Tie the right to use affiliate-created content, including images, videos, testimonials, likeness, social media handles, captions, and usernames, in paid advertising and promotional campaigns, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

  3. This usage right applies to any content that:

    • Tags or mentions @sleepytie or any official Sleepy Tie account;

    • Uses a Sleepy Tie affiliate code or affiliate link;

    • Is submitted directly to Sleepy Tie;

    • Is created for the purpose of promoting Sleepy Tie products.

  4. Affiliates represent and warrant that they own or have secured all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any content submitted or posted in connection with the program.

  5. Sleepy Tie is not obligated to provide additional compensation for the use of affiliate-created content beyond any commissions earned through the affiliate program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  6. Affiliates may revoke content usage permissions for future paid advertising usage by submitting a written request to Sleepy Tie. However, affiliates acknowledge that Sleepy Tie may continue using materials already incorporated into active campaigns for a commercially reasonable wind-down period.

Intellectual Property

  1. Affiliates may not alter Sleepy Tie brand assets, trademarks, logos, or marketing materials without prior written consent.

  2. All promotional materials must be used in a manner consistent with Sleepy Tie brand guidelines and may not be used in misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  1. Make false or misleading claims about Sleepy Tie products;

  2. Bid on branded search terms or impersonate Sleepy Tie in advertisements, domains, or social handles without authorization;

  3. Use spam, bots, fake accounts, or incentivized traffic methods;

  4. Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of Sleepy Tie.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.

  2. Upon termination, affiliates must cease use of all Sleepy Tie branding, referral links, codes, and promotional materials.

  3. Sleepy Tie reserves the right to terminate affiliates immediately for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Sleepy Tie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

Amendment

Sleepy Tie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Agreement

By participating in the Sleepy Tie Affiliate Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
